Steve Morgan, a professor at UBC’s school of population and public health, was quoted in a Canadian Press story published on CBC about the need for an agency that would share regional health-care innovations with all of Canada.
“We know that funding some non-physician-provided community mental-health services is something that Canada ought to move forward on in a more concerted fashion,” he said.
