CBC reported on the hockey game between the UBC women’s hockey team and the Chinese national team.
The Chinese squad is ranked 15th in the world and will play three more games in the Lower Mainland as part of the “Harmony Through Hockey” series.
UBC head coach Rick Seeley weighed in on Team China’s skill level.
“The improvement in the last year has been exceptional. They want to work hard. They want to improve and they’ve done a lot of it,” he said.
