Mark Holder, a psychology professor at UBC’s Okanagan campus, spoke to the Vancouver Sun about the link between gratitude and happiness.
“The good news is that gratitude is linked to all sorts of positive things,” he said. “So people who do feel, express or recognize gratitude have higher happiness and life satisfaction and optimism and hope, and even meaning in life.”
The story also appeared in The Province.
Holder will also speak on a panel on the same topic, Kelowna Capital News reported.
