Chinese-Canadian agreements on trade, governance

In an interview with Radio Canada, Yves Tiberghien, director of UBC’s Institute of Asian Research, discussed the various agreements reached between Canada and China during the visit of Prime Minister Li Keqiang to Ottawa and Montreal.

The discussion covers trade in the context of the adaptation of the Canadian economy for the 21st century; cooperation over global governance; and issues of cooperation in the fields of crime prevention, anti-corruption, prevention of illicit money flows.
