CTV highlighted rising rents in Vancouver ahead of the publication next month of the latest rental data from Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
Tom Davidoff, an associate professor at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, said he believes rents, which rose rapidly over the last year, are on pace to grow 20 per cent.
