UBC political scientist Kathryn Harrison commented on the pending approval of the Trans Mountain pipeline in a Globe and Mail article on Justin Trudeau’s priorities this fall.
Harrison believes the Liberals will find it difficult to reject Trans Mountain while signalling approval of the Energy East pipeline to New Brunswick.
“At a certain point, they’re going to have to make a decision that will make someone mad,” said Harrison.
