Poisonous arrows from African tribe turned over to RCMP

CTV News reported on poisonous arrows that were turned over to the RCMP.

Police believed there might be some cultural significance to the heirlooms, which were brought to Canada from Africa in the 1940s.

Mounties contacted UBC’s Museum of Anthropology and its staff will determine if the arrows will be added to the museum’s archives.
