Wood-ribbed huts provided warmth at TED2016

The Journal of Commerce reported on a project displayed outside the Vancouver TED conferences.

Marsha Farrow, a UBC master of architecture candidate, was a member of the 16-student team who worked on the temporary installation of two warming huts inspired by high-alpine shelters.

Architecture, design and sculpture students from UBC, Kwantlen Polytechnic University and Emily Carr University of Art and Design were on the team.
