MSN published a story by The Province citing a UBC study from 2015 on people claiming low incomes while owning million-dollar homes.
UBC geographer Dan Hiebert found that some homeowners in rich areas on the west side of Vancouver and Richmond claimed incomes as low as people struggling to survive in the Downtown Eastside.
