MSN published a Vancouver Sun article on a Kitsilano block under investigation for its high number of Airbnb listings and cited research by Iain Marjoribanks, a student with UBC’s school of community and regional planning,
He tallied over 3,400 active Airbnb listings in Vancouver last December and found that 99.3 per cent of Airbnb stays in Vancouver are less than 30 days.
