The Toronto Star quoted David Moscrop, a UBC political science PhD candidate, for a story on the high voter turnout in the last Canadian federal election.
“I’m surprised so many young people turned up; it’s encouraging,” said Moscrop, adding “It’s hard to repeat miracles.”
