Women a growing presence at business schools globally

Darren Dahl and Liz Starbuck of UBC’s Robert H. Lee Graduate School of business were interviewed for a Globe and Mail article on women in business schools.

Starbuck said Sauder has seen a steady increase in the number of women in the MBA program and Dahl said the school has “a nice base of women leaders in academia at Sauder.”

“There’s lots of research to show that in business having a female perspective or a board that has diversity is going to lead to better decisions,” Dahl said. “And the business school is a microcosm of that.”
