A Business in Vancouver story quoted UBC professor Hadi Dowlatabadi on the National Energy Board’s conditions for the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.

Dowlatabadi is a professor at the Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability and Research Chair in applied mathematics and integrated assessment of climate change. He said Trans Mountain carbon offsets could help curb greenhouse gas emissions in the public sector.
