Patrick Condon, a UBC landscape architecture professor, was interviewed for a segment on Roundhouse Radio about funding options for Metro Vancouver transit expansion.
“My argument on streetcars and trams has not been based on getting from point A to point B, it [has] been based on, what’s the best distribution on transit services across the region that will create a sustainable community and stimulate the right kind of density throughout the region, rather than hyper-density in just a few locations,” Condon said.
