Justin Trudeau’s budget

The federal budget lets down under-40 Canadians who were hoping for more jobs and better policies for their age group, according to Vice.

Paul Kershaw, a UBC professor and founder of Generation Squeeze, said that the budget delivers little on issues that affect young people, including child care, housing and post-secondary education. Even the $4-billion Canada Child Benefit suffers in comparison to the $11-billion allocated to Old Age security.
