Down payments keep millennials out of home ownership

The Globe and Mail highlighted research by UBC policy professor Paul Kershaw as part of a series on the challenges different age groups face when trying to buy a home.

Kershaw is the founder of Generation Squeeze, a campaign that advocates for people in their 20s, 30s and 40s who are finding it more difficult than their parents to get into the housing market and achieve a good standard of living.
