UBC real estate economist Tom Davidoff was quoted in a Vancity Buzz story on Vancouver’s housing market.
The article featured a new report by Sotheby’s, which found that sales of homes over $4 million in Metro Vancouver grew 67 per cent compared to the previous year.
“This is not a locals’ market,” said Davidoff. “The incomes here just don’t support it.”
