The UBC Community United Way Campaign has been a part of UBC campus culture for more than 30 years. Last year the community helped UBC raise more than $500,000 to help prevent child poverty, help kids realize their potential, and build stronger communities for seniors. 5 Days of Caring is UBC’s campus- wide kick-off week featuring one event each day including the Great Pancake Race, Spelling Bee and new this year—the Turkey 2K Trot.
