UBC Engineering contributes to campus as a Living Lab

As part of UBC’s Living Laboratory Initiative, the UBC Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) community will pursue collaborations with industry to provide research opportunities for students and faculty, using the University’s physical infrastructure as a test bed for new ideas and a demonstration site for innovative technologies. ECE will hold a discussion on how students can get involved in this vital research. Presenters include ECE Prof. André Ivanov, ECE research associate Paul Lusina, Materials Engineering Prof. Steve Cockcroft, and ECE PhD candidates Mohamed Osama Ahmed and Sina Mashayekhi.
