Grand Challenges Canada has announced the Canadian Rising Stars in Global Health requests for proposals. This program is a call to action for young Canadian scientists to make their contribution to solve some of the most persistent health challenges in the developing world.
Two students from UBC were keynote speakers at the announcement – scientist and Canadian Rhodes Scholar Aleksandra Leligdowicz and postdoctoral research Fellow Liam Brunham.
