International Space University Chooses UBC to Host Summer
Program

The International Space University (ISU) in Strasbourg, France
has selected UBC as the host site for its 2005 Summer Session
Program.

The program, which changes location each year, draws together
more than 100 graduate-level students from more than 25 countries
for two months to learn about all aspects of space exploration
and research. The professional network created among the young
professionals and recent graduates who attend the program,
along with the faculty drawn from around the world, is an
important life-long career tool.

The session in Vancouver will be the second in Canada since
the program was pioneered in 1988.
