University of British Columbia President David Strangway will announce
the creation of the Sing Tao School of Journalism July 24.
The Sing Tao School of Journalism will offer an integrated graduate
program combining study in academic disciplines with advanced training
in the profession of journalism.
Strangway, with Sing Tao Foundation Chair Sally Aw and UBC Chancellor
William Sauder, will take part in a ground-breaking ceremony at
the site of the Creative Arts Building which will house the journalism
school.
