B.C. party leaders’ housing promises pose dilemma for renters

Thomas Davidoff, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, spoke to the Globe and Mail about housing affordability promises from the B.C. party leaders.

He said none of the parties put enough emphasis on zoning or balancing low property taxes and high income taxes.

Davidoff was also quoted in another Globe and Mail story about housing issues in Ontario and a CKNW story about the real estate industry.
