The Globe and Mail interviewed Thomas Davidoff, a UBC Sauder School of Business professor, about the B.C. NDP’s promise to impose a tax on property speculators who don’t pay income tax in B.C.
Davidoff said a foreign-buyer tax is especially undesirable in the era of U.S. president Donald Trump.
