The Ottawa Citizen published an op-ed on the transit tax credit co-written by David R. Boyd, a professor at UBC’s Institute for Resources Environment and Sustainability.
Boyd and Liberal MP William Amos wrote that the credit was ineffective in achieving its goals of increasing ridership and reducing pollution.
