Complaint filed after judge comments about hearing sex assault trial

Various media outlets reported on a complaint filed with the Canadian Judicial Council against a B.C. judge who allegedly made comments about the length of a sex assault case.

Benjamin Perrin, an associate professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, says he filed a complaint because “these allegations have a very serious risk of undermining public confidence in the administration of justice.”
