Troubled nuclear builder seen best fit for Asian ambitions

The Washington Post published a Bloomberg story which quoted M.V. Ramana, a professor at UBC’s Liu Institute for Global Issues, about potential buyers for an American nuclear builder.

Ramana said since the Chinese are trying to establish themselves as a reliable source of reactors on the export market, purchasing the U.S. nuclear unit Westinghouse could give them credibility.
