The Vancouver Sun interviewed Garland Chow, a professor emeritus at the UBC Sauder School of Business, about the provincial government’s announcement that ride-hailing services will be allowed in B.C.
Chow said the main factor influencing Uber’s success in B.C. depends on how much longer the company is willing to subsidize its services.
