A paper by Richard Johnston, a UBC political scientist, was cited in a Maclean’s story on MSN about Conservative leadership candidate Kevin O’Leary.
Johnston and Fred Cutler wrote that Canadian voters have tended to elect different parties federally and provincially since at least the turn of the 20th century.
