Steve Morgan, a professor at UBC’s school of population and public health, was quoted in a Globe and Mail story about Canadian health care issues.
Morgan said an international survey he worked on found that the United States and Canada were the only countries without universal health insurance that includes universal coverage of medicines, regardless of age or income.
