Dana Claxton, a professor in UBC’s department of art history, visual art & theory, made the nomination longlist for the annual Scotiabank Photography Award, the Georgia Straight reported.
The award honours outstanding Canadian photo-based artists who have made noteworthy contributions to the arts in Canada.
