Werner Antweiler, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, spoke to Business in Vancouver after a survey found the top three concerns for business are unaffordable housing, gridlock and a lack of affordable child care.
Antweiler said additional public school funding is long overdue and should not be a problem from a budgeting perspective for the government.
