Tsur Somerville, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, spoke to Metro News about a competition that allows business students to propose design plans for the community around a new Evergreen Line station.
Somerville said the challenge will be to create a sense of place in an area at the intersection of two busy roads and parking lots.
