UBC scientists, engineers and students are among recipients of the awards announced today that comprise the 2014 competition results for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s (NSERC) Discovery Grants, Discovery Accelerator Supplements, Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarships, Postgraduate Scholarships, and the Postdoctoral Fellowships.
Researchers across Canada will be sharing more than $340 million from NSERC’s flagship Discovery Grants program. The $78 million in scholarship and fellowship awards support Canada’s best graduate students and post-doctoral fellows.
