UBC hosts free public lecture with BMO Financial Group co-chair

Canada’s Public Policy Forum presents a free public lecture by Kevin Lynch, Co-Chair of BMO Financial Group and former Clerk of the Privy Council.

The University of British Columbia is hosting the latest installment in the Public Policy Forum’s 2013-14 Lecture Series. “The Global Talent Hunt: Are We Playing to Win?” features Kevin Lynch, co-chair of BMO Financial Group and former clerk of the Privy Council, with welcome remarks by UBC President Stephen J. Toope.

Since 1987, the Public Policy Forum has recognized inspirational leaders who have advance public policy and good governance in Canada. The non-profit organization honours public servants, business leaders, elected representatives and journalists at annual Testimonial Dinner & Awards, Western Dinner, Atlantic Dinner & Awards, and the Gordon Osbaldeston Lecture. The Forum’s 2013-14 lecture series brings prominent speakers to campuses across Canada for lively conversations about challenging policy topics.
