Wesbrook Place, the family housing initiative at UBC’s South campus, received two Gold Nugget awards at a ceremony held in San Francisco on June 10. It was awarded “Best Community Site Plan – 20 acres or more” and “Residential Attached Community of the Year” by Builder Magazine.
The Gold Nugget Awards recognize builders, developers, architects, and land planners in communities and projects in the 14 Western States of the United States and all international countries.
